The primary responsibility of a Recruitment Consultant at Discovery Graduates is to increase the number of new clients who work with us, through the adherence to specified KPI’s, and then deliver upon their campaigns.
More specifically, this will involve the following activities:
- New business generation through proactive telephone based sales
- Client meetings where appropriate
- Networking events and research
- Candidate assessment.
A Recruitment Consultant must be able to effectively sell the benefits of using Discovery Graduates to prospects, some of which are recognised Graduate recruiters and others who are not but have the potential to be. Each client’s campaign must be completed professionally, based on an understanding of their individual needs and desires.
