The Discovery assessment procedure is designed to accurately identify these personality traits and the graduates who successfully pass our assessment stages can be assured of fast track graduate opportunities.

We meet with all of our graduates before we work with them and we will discuss your career aspirations and really identify how we can help you get on the first step of the career ladder. - Degree disciplines required – All disciplines considered with a minimum grade achieved of 2:2 and 180 UCAS points. (240 points under the new calculations)
