A great deal of emphasis is placed upon your ability to demonstrate good communication skills, energy, enthusiasm and a burning desire to excel. The Discovery assessment procedure is designed to accurately identify these personality traits and the graduates who successfully pass our assessment stages can be assured of fast track graduate opportunities.

We will only send you to interviews you are really interested in and qualified for, saving both your time and the companies we work with. We meet with all of our graduates before we work with them and we will discuss your career aspirations and really identify how we can help you get on the first step of the career ladder. Any degree discipline is considered.

Opportunities exist on an ongoing basis throughout the whole of the UK and Europe . A limited number of positions are available in the USA . All positions will provide you with a good basic salary and in many cases, the opportunity to earn substantial bonuses, company cars and other benefits.

  • Work locations – Nationwide, some opportunities in Europe and the USA
  • Occupation areas recruited to – Sales and Marketing, Engineering, HR, Banking and Finance, IT, Purchasing, Logistics, Commercial, Customer Service, Consultancy Business Management and more
  • Degree disciplines required – All disciplines considered with a minimum grade achieved of 2:2 and 180 UCAS points. (240 points under the new calculations)
