Discovery manages the sourcing, screening and interviewing of candidates, until they have found the right few to fit your job criteria. From there, the administration, 2 nd interviews, job offers and declines are all efficiently managed. Our selection criteria is tough! (Less than 5% of the candidates we talk to make it through to eventually end up on the 'Discovery 'Sales Winners' program.)
Your new recruits are then enrolled onto the Discovery 'Sales Winners' course, which has been designed to cover every conceivable scenario a sales person is likely to encounter in their early days of selling.
