Candidate Selection, Screening and Preliminary Interviews
All our candidates go through a six-stage interview process from initial screening, telephone and face-to-face interviews, group dynamic exercises, psychometric testing and a continuous assessment process right up until the graduate attends your interviews or assessment centre and is placed with your business. Naturally, this is a very time consuming process but it guarantees you only spend your time interviewing a selection of hand picked individuals. Typically, our process results in an interview to offer ratio of less than 3:1, saving your valuable time, as we have done all the hard work.
